The rooms here were brand-new, clean, pet-friendly, and located conveniently close to non-smoking areas in a rural setting.

One bed was a queen base with a double mattress. Kept hitting foot on excess rails. Was suppose to be non smoking, but smelled like cigs with a cig burn in bedspread

The bed covering were disgusting sheets were clean but not the coverings, pubic hairs were in the ahower, not well cleaned

The room was brand-new and exceptionally comfortable, equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a personal safe. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the pool area was nice. the location was marvelous, even in the non-smoking areas. the service was amazing. I will definitely return.

I like that it is close to the university

The room is great-sized. Coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator are a nice touch. Its location is great and unbeatable, so close to several fast food restaurants and stores and the market for shopping and Farmville, rural area.

The location was exceptionally nice and magnificent, in a rural area, convenient to go everywhere. The staff was very friendly and amicable and took care of us. Our family room was good-sized with a refrigerator and microwave, for example as advertised.

Free breakfast was standard but good (AND FREE!). :)

I was in a non-smoking room but could smell some smoke in the halls. There is really nothing the hotel can do about this; it is about guests being respectful of others.

The rooms came with a refrigerator, microwave and safe, which I was surprised about, because I've been in nicer hotels without some of the those. I read reviews that the hotel was not clean, but our room was perfectly clean. It smelled fine, the sheets were clean. The bathroom looked old, but overall clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was standard.

The hallway smelled bad, but thankfully it did not follow into our room. The stairs leading up the hallway to the rooms are narrow and metal. There is a road that is directly behind the hotel. We had to close the curtains the whole time because you could see into our room.

The location here was great and close to everything, we really enjoyed it.

Ease of checking in and out.

I went to college in this town 30 years ago and the interior of the room (e.g. walls, decor, beds) seemed like it hadn't been updated since they originally opened! Could use new wallpaper or paint on the walls. Chipped, cracked, peeling in some places.

It was clean.

Had to call 911. There was arguing that outside the room at 630 a.m. Called management and they did nothing or suspects didn't listen. It escalated and had to call the police. Doors were unlocked to the back of the building.

The staff here is friendly and caring, and the facilities are great, creating a welcoming family atmosphere.

The carpet was OLD and it had an OLD SMELLY and the Curtains was awful

No light fixture over sink. Black scuff marks on sink counter. Erratic heat control.
